Using a WooCommerce email template

    Hi,

    Is it possible for notification emails in SDP EU Withdrawal for WooCommerce to use the WooCommerce email template?

    This would allow for maintaining a consistent brand image and avoid sending only basic plain text.

    Hi, @alaid

    You’re absolutely right. Using the standard WooCommerce email styling will provide a much more consistent experience with the rest of the store’s customer communications.

    This improvement is already on our roadmap, and we plan to include it in an upcoming update so that withdrawal notification emails can use the WooCommerce email layout and store branding instead of being sent as plain text.
