• Hi,

I’m experiencing a reproducible redirect loop when White Label CMS is enabled.

When the plugin is active, accessing:

    /wp-admin/

results in a 302 redirect back to:

    /wp-admin/

This repeats indefinitely and the WordPress dashboard never loads.

    Interestingly, accessing:

    /wp-admin/index.php

    works correctly.

    I have confirmed the following:

    • If I deactivate White Label CMS, /wp-admin/ works normally.
    • If I reactivate White Label CMS, the redirect loop immediately returns.
    • /wp-admin/index.php continues to work while White Label CMS is active.
    • The .htaccess file contains only the standard WordPress rewrite rules and no custom /wp-admin/ redirects.
    • The 302 response contains the header X-Redirect-By: WordPress.
    • Other login/security plugins have been ruled out as the cause.

I need to keep White Label CMS active because I use its dashboard customization features.

Could you please check whether White Label CMS may be triggering a redirect when /wp-admin/ is requested without index.php, or whether there is a particular setting that could cause this behavior?

    Thank you.
