File rename is not completing

I have 56 images with an underscore in their names (“_”). I have attempted to fix file names a couple of times. It keeps showing “Done! 0 files renamed, 500 already clean” and won’t complete the remaining files. I have tried filtering on the “_” and not filtering. Same result.
