    Our system automatically updated to 9.0

    Since the update none of our admins editors or shop managers can login.

    I am able to get to the admin site via my hosting company which is siteground.

    but I cant login with any of my users otherwise

    I have tried creating a new user with new 2fa same issue.

    ERROR: An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.

    Hi @garageflooringllc, thank-you for reaching out.

    The most common cause of this message is a plugin/theme conflict causing our Javascript to fail or not load properly, so a good place to start would be running a default theme on the site with no plugins other than Wordfence. If you’re able to authenticate under these conditions, re-enable your plugins and theme one-by-one until you find the source of the issue.

    If that approach doesn’t help, let me know and we’ll see if we can troubleshoot something else.
