Files in folders

Can you verify that with the paid version you are able to insert files from just one folder on one page and files from another folder on another page?
Are you able to also have sub folders?
For example if I had a page called Meetings can I also have sub folders for each year and then have the files for each year available in those subfolders?
I would like to create different pages using that same format.
