Automated User-Specific Firebase Push Notifications via WordPress Hooks/API

    I use GeoDirectory Appointments on WordPress. I need automated and user-specific Firebase push notifications. When a customer creates an appointment, only the relevant listing owner should receive a push notification. When the listing owner approves or rejects the reservation, only the customer who made that appointment should receive a push notification. Does WappPress Pro expose individual FCM device tokens, a REST API, PHP function, WordPress action, or other developer API that allows me to programmatically send a push notification to a specific logged-in WordPress user’s device?
