Wrong font colour in “Select Field” ONLY

All titles/labels (or whatever it is called) is correctly shown in white, except for the “Select Field” dropdowns that black with a grey background. I trust it must be customizable under “Colors > Customize colors”, however, which of the abundance of elements I need to amend? I tried with “Select”, but that makes no difference.
