I love the theme and design of your site! I would love to incorporate the the thumbs up/down thing you have going on! Is that a theme of sorts.

I like that bar across the bottom that pops up! Its not for me but I do like it. And if you go to the plugins and search for Rating-Widget Plugin you will find the plugin for the thumbs up.
Is this something I can expect to pay for?

yea we thought about having a shorter one but we didnt like the way it looked
