UI / feature updates for 2.0

Thanks for making the plugin, I’ve been using it for years, and like it!

I’ve got two requests – one “bug” and one feature request:

Bug: In the currently shared drafts table (edit.php?page=wp-draftsforfriends), the copy link button is an interesting idea, but would be better implemented as a dashicon copy button in its own column. The current button, which is simply appended to the Link URL, looks out of place and wraps in really strange ways.

Feature request: I’d love to be able to access the Shared Draft link directly from the post. Could you add a meta box to post items (or even better, any post_type) that allows creation of a Draft for Friends link for that post? Any links created in the post/metabox would of course also show up on the existing page/list, which is a great way to see everything in one place.
