The free version of the plugin activated fine, but when I purchased the Pro version the downloaded Pro plugin won’t activate. I deactivated the free plugin and deleted it first, then installed the Pro version. It installs fine, but doesn’t activate. I redid the download from the email I received upon purchase, but it has the same problem. Can you help? Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! Since this is related to the Pro/Premium version, we’re unable to provide direct support for the Pro version through the WordPress.org support forum due to WordPress.org’s terms and guidelines.

However, here’s a quick hint that may help: the Pro plugin is designed to work alongside the free/base plugin. Please install and activate the free version first, then install and activate the Pro plugin without deleting the free version.

If you still have trouble activating the Pro version, please contact us through our official support channel or support form on our website. Our premium support team will be happy to check the issue and help you get it working.

    Thanks for your understanding!
