I click on “Backup Now”, I get a spinner for a couple of seconds and that is all that happens.
This is the first time that I’ve tried a backup.

Please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the “Other options” section of the plugin
2. Change backup method to #3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19FivXT5k9AR3lx5Dus-4BjPCVkC1G63C/view?usp=sharing
3. Save the “Other options” section
4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
