Great App & Support

We’ve had Retainful attached to our main website now for a couple of years. It’s a great way to automatically keep in touch with customers whilst still personalising your emails.
We did have a bit of a problem after the upgrade to the new system, but the support is excellent and they ensured that we were up and running quickly, and where we’d missed some email opportunities, they helped us catch up.
