Hi @enumis!
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please let us know which payment gateway you’re using? Also, if possible, could you share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing? You can use the following tool to share a screenshot with us: https://snipboard.io Once you’ve uploaded the image, please share the link here so we can take a closer look.
In the meantime, please double-check that your store address under WooCommerce → Settings → General matches your business location configured in your payment provider’s settings. Although both may be set to Slovenia, there could be a difference in the address, region, or other location details that’s triggering this notice.
Once we have the requested information, we’ll be happy to investigate this further.

Thank you!
Bug is fixed by downgrading to 10.9.4. Never again!
Hi @enumis!
Thank you for sharing the additional information about the issue.
I also tested this on two different test sites, and I was able to replicate the same behavior on my end.
Since I can reproduce the issue, I’ve escalated it internally so our developers can investigate it further. Once we receive an update from the development team, we’ll be happy to share it with you here.
Thank you for your patience while we look into this.
Hi @enumis!
Just following up on this.
I found that multiple users have reported the same bug in the following GitHub issue:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/67461
Could you please add a comment to that thread? This will ensure you receive updates directly from our developers as they investigate the issue and work on a fix.
Thank you for your patience.
