Free version solid foundation to grow from

Subscriptions for WooCommerce (free version) has been a solid starting point for setting up recurring billing on our WooCommerce store — the setup for simple subscription products was quick and intuitive, and their support team was responsive and helpful throughout. The free version is a great way to get a feel for the plugin’s core subscription mechanics before committing to Pro, though we did find that several things we needed — like being able to offer variable products as subscription products — merited upgrading. Overall a well-built plugin with a clear upgrade path once your needs grow.
