• A client runs an e-commerce store that provides local delivery. At check-out, some customers were being told their address was not within the store’s delivery zones, even though they were. Our research showed these addresses–as typed–did not conform to Google Maps data, upon which the delivery zones are based. The result was lost orders and eroding confidence.

Address Autocomplete for WooCommerce ensures customers enter their addresses consistent with Google’s Maps database. Since implementing AAfWC, we’ve not seen any additional abandoned carts from mis-typed addresses.

Code Pros offered great service from the beginning. We initially didn’t auto-receive an activation code. Ankit quickly sent one over, then followed up to make sure everything worked as expected. I shared a small item that would make the plugin even better and within days Ankit had the change implemented and sent us a link to download the latest version. Ankit has since checked in every few weeks to make sure the plugin still meets our needs. Happy to say it does indeed.

Thanks Code Pros & Ankit for the very useful plugin and super service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this up in such detail — it genuinely means a lot, especially this early in the plugin’s life.

The delivery-zone problem you described is exactly the kind of real-world friction we hoped to help with, so it’s great to hear it’s made a difference for your client’s checkout. And thank you for the feature suggestion — feedback like yours is what makes the plugin better for everyone, so please keep it coming.

Really glad to have you on board, and we’ll keep looking after it.
