Error message about CAPTCHA

Just yesterday, my hidden login page started displaying this error:

“Error: Incorrect CAPTCHA. Please try again.”

I don’t have a CAPTCHA on the login, I just used this plugin to eliminate the standing “wp-login.php” page and replace it with a hidden URL for security’s sake. It looks the same as “wp-login” would, so I’m not sure how this “incorrect CAPTCHA” error is even being generated?

The only way I can get into my WordPress dashboard now is to go to my hosting company cPanel and login through there. I would like to be able to continue to use my regular WordPress login through this plugin’s secret URL.
