toggle all firewall rules?

I would like to turn off most of the firewall rules, and doing it one by one is extremely tedious, particularly as I have more than 1 WordPress installation. Why would I want to do this, you ask? Because much of it duplicates site-wide protection already in place. So again, is there some way to toggle all of the rules at once? Doing it directly in the database would be fine, but I can’t find them in there.
