Problems with my posts page

    I’ve created my “blog” page, but when I go into reading and select my blog page to be my “posts” page it displays a message stating “apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post”. Can anyone advise how I can correct this?

    do you have any blog posts? Do you also have a static front page assigned?

    The only time to assign a posts page is when you also have a static front page

    Hi Voodoo,
    Thanks for your reply. I think I might have corrected the problem. I did have a static front page assigned, but I did not have any posts. I just created a sample post and the message seems to have disappeared.
