Failed To Sort Images

    I’m using NextGEN Gallery Version 4.2.4. Every time I create a new gallery and try to sort it, I get the following message “Failed to sort images: [object Object]”

    This is getting extremely frustrating. I don’t understand why it is doing this.

    How are you trying to sort the gallery? What is your default sort order (in Settings) for galleries?

    I’m trying to do it by Filename.
    I just tried to change the settings from Custom Order to Filename and got the same error message “Failed to sort images: [object Object]”, and it will not let me change it.
