Contact 7

I have a website that uses Contact 7 with data forwarded to Salesforce. Of course when there is an issue with the Contact 7 nothing goes to Salesforce. When I login to the backend of WordPress I get the following alerts at the top of the page.

The original guy that setup the Contact 7 plugin is no longer available to assist with this issue so I’m lost as to how to correct the problem.

I have updated the plugin and all plugins plus updated the PHP version however nothing changes.

I would appreciate any guidance as to where the issue may be and how I can rectify the problem.
