• Dear support,

We’re facing an issue with the latest plugin version.

    Step to reproduce:

    1. Create an order from the admin orders page
    2. Leave client as “guest”
    3. Add a product to the order
    4. Edit the product price, to set a custom price
    5. Create/save the order
    6. Open in incognito the “customer payment page” link

The checkout will show the original product price, not the custom price set on step 4.

Note: there’re no price set per role on this product.

In the previous versions this was working as expected.

    Thanks

    Hi @dabesa,

First of all, I sincerely apologize for missing your forum post and for the delay in getting back to you.

I followed the steps you provided and tested this on our staging site with both HPOS enabled and disabled. However, in my testing, the custom price of 80 is displayed correctly on both the order page and the Customer Payment Page. So, I am currently unable to reproduce the issue on our end.

For your reference, I have also recorded a short video showing the steps and the result from my end:
    Video: https://www.loom.com/share/d78337124adc43fda333048afe967e4d

Could you please check the video and let us know if there are any differences in the steps or settings on your end?

Also, are you selecting a user role using the “Set a user role for this order?” option and then updating the order? If so, please let us know the exact steps you are following.

If possible, could you also try temporarily deactivating the other plugins except for WooCommerce and the Product Prices by User Roles plugin and test again, in case this is caused by a plugin compatibility issue?

If the issue still occurs, a short video showing the issue on your end would be helpful for us to investigate it further.

We’d like to get to the bottom of this and provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible.

I look forward to your reply.
