    SENDER is a big move up from mailchimp. I started recently and had a tracking problem that MICHAEL (a REAL person, not AI!!!!) helped solve in just a few minutes. I was AMAZED to get a real support person on in less than a minute and have the issue fully resolved in less than 5 more minutes.

    Way to go MICHAEL and SENDER!
