Notes customers leave in that Additional Information/Order Notes box on checkout are saved to the specific order, not to the main dashboard. To see them, go to WooCommerce, Orders, and open the order. If a note was left, it shows on that order’s page as a customer provided note, usually in the notes area on the right side.

Thanks for reaching out and for explaining the issue.
The Additional Information / Order Notes field on the checkout page allows customers to leave a note with their order. Once the order is placed, you can view the customer’s note from the order details in your WooCommerce dashboard.
Please go to WooCommerce → Orders, open the relevant order, and check the Order notes section on the order details page.
Please also note that an order note will only appear if the customer actually enters and submits a note during checkout. If the customer leaves the field empty, there will be no note displayed in the order details.
