“Ellipsis” no longer accepts HTML

    Hi,

    ever since the latest update, “Ellipses” no longer accepts HTML entities such as “<br>”.

    Can you fix this, please?

    Part of the security fix we needed to make, but maybe we could have made it so it allows some specific HTML tags that don’t pose a security issue. We’ll look into that.

    But instead of a break tag, you can make it go into it’s own line with a bit of CSS. Add this in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .read-more { display: block; }

    And “text-align:left;” works, too…
