Plugin Version Issues – 3.0.12 -> 3.0.13

    Hello –

    We manage a website for our client who is using this plugin in addition to the Pro version. We don’t have access to their Pro account so I am just reporting this here. There has been an update showing for quite some time now for version 3.0.13 but it does not update, think it may be even coming up on 2 months now.

    We have been receiving these automated emails from the website…

    Then when we check the website, it is still on version 3.0.12 and it still shows an update for 3.0.13.

    Is there any ETA on when this is going to be resolved?

    Hi Jason,

    Good day and thanks for reaching out! You are right that there is an issue with the update notice for Pro. The team is already aware of it and it is due to be fixed in the next release. I don’t have an ETA yet with me but I’ll check with the devs. With regards to any follow ups though, since this is pertaining to the Pro plugin, I can’t support you further here since this forum is for the free version. Instead, please do contact us via the Helpdesk/Support channel and hopefully, by then, I have an ETA to share with you. Thanks a lot!
