    Hello Support Team,

I have a pre-sale question regarding your plugin.

My website serves users from multiple countries, and I have separate knowledge bases for each country (for example, USA, Argentina, Chile, etc.).

Is it possible to configure your chatbot so that users only receive answers from the knowledge base assigned to their country?

    For example:

    • Users from Argentina use the Argentina knowledge base.
    • Users from Chile use the Chile knowledge base.
    • Users from the USA use the USA knowledge base.

Can the chatbot automatically select the correct knowledge base based on the visitor’s country (IP/geolocation), or is there another recommended way to achieve this?

If this is supported, could you please share the recommended setup or documentation?

    Thank you!

    Hi @ashishkanajariya,

Thank you for your interest in AxiaChat AI.

At the moment, there isn’t a built-in feature to automatically switch the knowledge base based on the visitor’s country or IP geolocation.

However, there are a couple of ways to achieve a similar result:

    • Multiple bots: You can create a separate bot for each country (e.g. USA, Argentina, Chile), each with its own dedicated knowledge base, and display the appropriate bot depending on your site’s geolocation or localization logic. Each bot can have its own independent context and settings.
    • Custom integration: If your site already detects the visitor’s country (using a geolocation or multilingual plugin), you can programmatically load the corresponding chatbot for that visitor.

A native feature for automatic country-based knowledge base selection could certainly be useful, and I’ll add it to our feature request list for consideration in a future version.

    Best regards,

    Esteban
