Installer.php picked up as malicious code

    I am using siteground and it tells me that installer.php is malicious software. I’m not sure you can do much about that. I tick the box to remove installer after upload but it doesn’t get removed. I can manually remove it ok but it also picks up installer.tmpl as malicious so I had to remove that as well.

    Is there any work around for this?

    Thanks for coming.

    Please note that the installer file is 100% safe, and your antivirus is picking a false-positive response with it.

    You can safely whitelist the plugin from the antivirus.
