Update problem

I’m trying to update the Give plugin on my staging site from version 3.0.3 to version 4.16.5.

Everything seemed to be working—I can see donations and donors—but I can’t see the campaigns, either in the menu or when I click on a campaign’s name from a donation, and I get the error message “You do not have permission to access this page.”

When I go to Tools –> Data, I still see several tasks pending, but it’s been stuck on “Cache campaign data” for 15 hours now.

WordPress, the theme, and the plugin are all up to date.

I’ve attached screenshots and reports from the site—any suggestions??
