Hi @leew87!
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention.
To help troubleshoot this issue, could you first make sure that the Sync product data with Square option is enabled for the affected products?
After confirming that, please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Square → Update and click the Sync now button. Once the sync has completed, check whether the updated product images appear in your Square POS.
Please let us know if that resolves the issue. If not, we’ll be happy to continue investigating with you.

Hi @leew87!
Thank you for the update and for taking the time to identify and share the root cause of the issue.
It’s helpful to know that the automatic conversion of images to WebP by your hosting plugin was preventing the images from syncing to Square.
We appreciate you sharing your findings with the community. If you need any further assistance with WooCommerce or run into any other issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to create a new support topic. We’ll be happy to help.
Have a great day!
