Hi @steenkobberoe ,
To help narrow down the cause, could you share a few details?
- What exact error message or page do you see on mobile? A screenshot from your phone would be very helpful.
- Does this happen on all subpages or only specific ones?
- Which mobile browsers have you tested (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)?
- Do you have any security plugins installed, such as Wordfence, Sucuri, or All In One Security?
- Did anything change recently, like a plugin update or new security settings, around the time this started?
If you prefer to share more details in private, you can create a ticket with us here.
Looking forward to your reply
Hi there,
I’m not able to replicate from my Iphone using Chrome and Safari latest version, it’s working fine.
403/forbidden issue can be caused by many things. Therefore, Fujifika’s question above can help us provide more specific suggestion.
The most common case I encounter is due to the cache in browser.
Since you mentioned earlier that your site is fine on your PC, and this only happen on subpages,
As a first step, you may try:
- Clearing your browser cache
- Trying incognito mode
- Using a different browser
Hope this helps. Please let us know how that goes.
