Recpatcha Issue

I am using the Contact form 7 V3 Recaptcha integration and recently I have noted that a number of sites integrated with the captcha fails to get submitted. It shows:

There was an error trying to send you message. I installed the Flamingo plugin and found that most of them are getting spammed with a score of 0.3. Mainly I came to find out on private windows. How can this be resolved?? They were not BOT submissions.
