    Once installed, will this create a Customer Area? My objective is once the customer buys the package that it takes them to a special area where they can see the work that we do as well as details about them. I suppose it’s like a My Account area but I don’t see anything created for this.

    Hi @rosterdotcom ,

    Jetpack CRM does include a Client Portal feature, which gives your contacts a front-end area on your site where they can log in and view their invoices, quotes, transactions, and update their contact details. You can also share files with them through the portal.

    That said, I want to make sure we point you in the right direction. Could you share a bit more about what you’re looking for?

    For example:

    • What does “buys the package” mean in your setup?
    • Once the customer reaches this “special area,” what should they be able to do there?
