Image Optimization stuck at 1%
-
Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization that I have been troubleshooting for quite some time without success.
LiteSpeed Report ID:
KTJNKWJQEnvironment- WordPress
- LiteSpeed Cache 7.8.1
- Hostinger hosting
- QUIC.cloud successfully connected
- Image Optimization enabled
- CDN disabled
- Cloudflare is only used for DNS/proxy. I am not using QUIC.cloud CDN.
The problem
Every time I submit an optimization request:
- LiteSpeed displays:
“1 image sent to cloud server, accepted 1 image.”
- The optimization page then shows:
- Images ready for request: 1 group (1 image)
- Requested images: 1 group (1 image)
- Progress remains at 1%
- Pull Images never becomes available.
- Even after waiting 10–12 hours (or longer), nothing changes.
The optimization never completes. What I have already tried
- Connected QUIC.cloud again.
- Disconnected and reconnected QUIC.cloud.
- Soft reset.
- Hard reset.
- Cleared all optimization data.
- Cleared all LiteSpeed caches.
- Purged WordPress cache.
- Waited many hours.
- Submitted new optimization requests multiple times.
- Verified WP-Cron is working.
- Disabled QUIC.cloud CDN.
- Image Optimization status in QUIC.cloud dashboard is OK.
Additional observation
The QUIC.cloud dashboard shows image processing activity.
For example, the monthly processed image count increases (6 → 7 images processed), which suggests QUIC.cloud is actually processing the submitted image.
However, LiteSpeed Cache never receives or processes the optimized image afterwards.
So the request is:
- accepted ✔️
- apparently processed ✔️
- but never becomes available for download (“Pull Images”).
Question
Could you please check my report (KTJNKWJQ) and let me know why LiteSpeed Cache never completes the image optimization process?
Is this a known issue with LiteSpeed Cache 7.8.1, Hostinger, or is there something in my report indicating why the callback or pull process never finishes?
Thank you.
ps. don’t let the amount of detail fool you. I have very limited knowledge on this topic, but I tried to troubleshoot with the help of AI. Unsuccessfully, so here I am asking help of humans. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
