Recently, my woo product grid blocks stopped working correctly. I am not sure why, but I suspect it had to do with the recent wordpress update. The custom formatting I added to the text and buttons stopped showing up on the website front end, even though it was visible in the elementor editor. Updating the page fixed things temporarily, but the formatting quickly reverted on its own. I have also gotten several reports from customers and staff of the product grid disappearing entirely, but I have been unable to reproduce these. Image examples below.

    Hi @ld899651,

Thank you for providing such detailed information along with the screenshots and system reports—it really helps with the investigation.

We tried to replicate the issue on our end, but unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the behavior. Everything appears to be working as expected from our side.

As a first step, could you please try the following?

    1. Purge all caches from your caching plugin (if you’re using one), as well as any server/CDN cache, if applicable.
    2. Regenerate Elementor CSS & Data by following this guide: https://d.pr/2Ugvy8
    3. Regenerate Essential Addons Assets by following this guide: https://d.pr/RtBxww

After completing these steps, please check whether the issue still occurs.

Feel free to let us know how it goes. If the problem persists, we’ll be happy to investigate further with you.

That appears to have fixed it, at least on my end. Thank you.
