Feature Request – Mark as Read Changes

    I always thought that the Mark as Read button should just flag the new events as read instead of delete them outright. As originally I though I could just view them again if needed. (I did check the db tables and didn’t see them listed anywhere)

    You should be able to search for those older events in the list and/or view previous events marked as read.

    The plugin could then have a setting to delete events after X amount of days (or 0 to keep them always)

    There has been a few times where this would have been handy

    At the very least if this feature request is not considered (I hope it is!), the button mark as read is misleading and should be changed to Delete Events.

    Thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion – it’s much appreciated!

    I can definitely see the value in this, and I’ve gone ahead and logged an internal feature request for our development team so they can review the idea.

    I also noted your suggestion about renaming the button to Delete Events if the current behavior remains unchanged, as that would better reflect what it does.
