Discount based on custom role not working

    Hi,

    Updating to version 5.0.0 breaks discounts I have that are linked to custom roles (created using Members plugin by MemberPress). Discount shows on webpage but is no longer applied at checkout. I’ve reverted back to 4.5.11 for now and all is well again.

    Hi,

    could you confirm whether the discounts stop working only when the Members by MemberPress plugin is active? This may be a compatibility issue, so your confirmation will help us investigate further.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried deactivating the Members plugin but that hasn’t helped. Leaving the plugin deactivated and switching the discount to a original WordPress role also hasn’t made any difference.
