Based on the provided log, any issues coming in have been within the past 2 weeks. Before that, there’s no notable log lines until late April, which I’d consider pretty solidly consistent.

What messaging/errors are you being shown in the admin?
Trying to gauge what may be going on, since the log above doesn’t provide much at the moment.
