Woo IOS App Notifications

    Since the last update of the Woo IOS App, I have been getting notifications of out of stock items as push notifications and there is no ability to filter these out. The majority of our items are single stock so I’m getting constant notifications of out of stock items. Is there a configuration for this? I have this turned off in Woo directly (notify of out of stock items) but the app does not seem to be observing that.

    Hi @mindtakerminis!

    Thank you for reaching out and for explaining the issue.

    I understand that since updating the Woo iOS app, you’re receiving push notifications for out-of-stock items even though out-of-stock notifications are disabled in your WooCommerce settings.

    However, support for the Woo mobile app is handled separately from WooCommerce core. In this forum, we’re only able to provide support for WooCommerce core plugin issues.

    Could you please contact us directly through WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support?

    We’ll be happy to investigate the app’s notification behavior further and determine whether this is expected or related to a recent app update.
