Weird Template Issue on Google Chrome

I’m experiencing a strange issue with my website’s mobile layout. The problem only happens on Google Chrome on mobile devices.

When I refresh the page while the Chrome tab is active, the website layout breaks. However, if I refresh the page and then immediately switch to another tab while it loads, the website displays correctly. The issue only occurs when the page finishes loading while the Chrome tab is active.

Here I have attached some screenshots with checkmarks and cross-outs.
Checkmark = normal/okay
Cross-out = not normal/not okay

Has anyone else faced this problem and solved it? Please help me to get rid of this issue.
