Credits Problem

    Very interesting but cut me off for credits today after about 5 minutes worth of work.
    Did not do much of anything today before getting cut off. Very frustrating.
    Yesterday did much more but it cut me off there too. Suspect there is a bug in your meter. Are the credits based on dates or date/time?
    This needs to be addressed or it will make it useless.

    Hi, can you share a bit about the type of work you were doing that used up the credits in five minutes? Like what were you doing, how many chat rounds did you manage to have before the credits ran out?

    There’s a way to share the ID of the specific chat which can help us look into it in more detail. If you feel comfortable sharing it, you can find it by opening the Angie chat window, then in the top right corner the second icon from the left is the History panel. Click on it, find the chat, mouse over it and you’ll see three vertical dots on the left. Click on the dots, and then click on “Copy chat ID.”

    In case you’re interested, we’re soon going to be offering a way to upgrade to a paid account to increase the credits available for usage.
