Mobile Navigation does not display assigned menu (Header Builder / Customizer)
-
Hello Kadence team,
I have spent many hours trying to solve this issue and have searched through your documentation and support forum, but I haven’t found a solution. My setup
- WordPress latest version
- Kadence Theme latest version
- Kadence Blocks latest version
- Header built with the Kadence Header Builder (Customizer)
The issue
My desktop menu works perfectly.
However, the mobile menu does not.
Inside:
Customizer → Header → Mobile Navigation
I can select my menu correctly.
Inside:
Appearance → Menus
the same menu is assigned to:
- Primary
- Secondary
- Mobile
- Footer
Everything appears to be configured correctly. What happens
The hamburger icon is visible on mobile.
But when I tap it:
- my assigned navigation menu is not displayed correctly.
- Sometimes only the logo and hamburger icon remain visible.
- The assigned menu is clearly selected, but it is not rendered correctly inside the Off Canvas Mobile Navigation.
What I have already checked
I have already verified:
✓ Mobile menu assigned under Appearance → Menus
✓ Same menu selected inside Header → Mobile Navigation
✓ Off Canvas Mobile Navigation exists inside Header Builder
✓ Cache cleared
✓ Sticky Header disabled
✓ Transparent Header disabled
✓ Mobile menu assigned to all available menu locations
✓ Latest versions of WordPress, Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks My question
Is there any known issue that can prevent the Mobile Navigation from displaying the selected menu even though all assignments are correct?
Could another Header Builder setting or a conflict cause this behavior?
If needed, I can provide administrator access or a temporary login.
Thank you very much.
