The “Mark as Complete” button is disabled lessons.

    The “Mark as Complete” button is disabled in my lessons. When hovering over the button, a red prohibition/disabled icon (🚫) appears, and students cannot click it.

    Please help me resolve this issue.

    Could you please let me know if this issue started after recent update? Also, does Mark as Complete button remain disabled for every lesson in course or does it become disabled after completing the lesson materials?

    Thank you for your response.

    I found the cause of the issue. The “Mark as Complete” button was disabled because the Video Lesson Completion Control setting was enabled, which requires learners to watch part of the video before they can mark the lesson as complete.

    The issue is now resolved.
