    If you look at the log entry it specifies that the customer was redirected to your checkout page because no values were provided for the billing_state_validation and shipping_state_validation. That means you have 2 custom fields on your checkout page that are required and the PayPal wallet doesn’t provide values for custom fields.

    Therefore, the plugin redirects the customer to the checkout page so they can provide values for the missing required fields. You’re likely using a checkout field editor plugin and added those two custom fields.
