    Hello, I am planning to upgrade to the solo tier for the automated responses from the AI chatbot. How am I supposed to set it up?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can actually set up the AI agent even on the Free plan. AI credits are charged separately from your subscription. You’ll receive 10 free AI credits when you set up your AI agent, and once they’re used, you can purchase additional credits anytime. The AI will continue responding as long as you have credits available.

    If you decide to upgrade to the Solo plan, you’ll also get access to additional features included in that plan.
