Thanks for reaching out, and thank you for sharing the workaround you found for the issue.

To help us investigate this further, could you provide a bit more detail about the issue? Specifically, which page becomes non-scrollable on mobile without applying the patch you shared?

    If possible, please also include:

    • The URL of the affected page.
    • The steps to reproduce the issue.
    • The devices and mobile browsers where you’ve observed it.

This information will help us reproduce the issue on our end and investigate it further.

    Hi @eocvision,

Thanks for your response and for sharing the affected pages.

I checked the page that isn’t scrollable on mobile, and I noticed that the site’s CSS and JavaScript files are currently being minified and cached.

If you’re using a caching or optimization plugin, could you please try the following?

    1. Flush or clear all caches.
    2. Temporarily disable the caching/optimization plugin.
    3. Check whether the page becomes scrollable again on mobile.

Also, could you let me know which caching or optimization plugin you’re using? That will help me better understand your setup and investigate the issue further on my end.

I look forward to your reply.

I spent some more time trying to reproduce the issue on my end, but I wasn’t able to recreate it in a clean test environment.

Based on what I’ve seen, I believe the behavior is likely related to how your theme works or to another plugin or customization that’s interacting with your theme.

That said, the workaround you discovered is very helpful, and we really appreciate you sharing it with us. I’ll make sure to pass it along to our team for reference. Hopefully, we can incorporate an improvement in a future update to better handle scenarios like this and help prevent similar issues going forward.

Thanks again for taking the time to investigate and share your findings!
