Thank you for reporting this, and I completely understand how confusing it looks to suddenly see all that code appear around the Image block. I want to reassure you right away that your site itself is perfectly fine.
This is a known issue introduced in Spectra 2.19.29, where some extra CSS can appear around the Image block while editing. As you already noticed, it shows up only in the editor and does not affect your live pages at all, so your visitors will never see it.
The good news is that our development team has already confirmed the cause and prepared a fix, which will be included in an upcoming Spectra release. Once you update to that version from your dashboard, this will be gone. Since the issue is purely visual in the editor and does not touch your live site, you can safely continue working and simply wait for that update.
