    I want to use the tracking number and shipping partner information of and order to send in my notification to customers. But i am not able to find the variables for the same to add it to my notification plugin

    Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean an SMS notification plugin? If yes, could you let me know which notification plugin you are using to send these notifications to your customers?

    Once I know which plugin it is, I can help you with the correct variables/placeholders for the tracking number and shipping provider.

    Hi Gaurav,

    We are using the Notiqoo plugin to send the order notifications to customers through WhatsApp. In the message notification- template section we are not able find the variables to display the shipping partner and the tracking number.

    Hi @malarniftrix,

    Thanks for the details. Advanced Shipment Tracking doesn’t have built-in compatibility with the Notiqoo plugin, so there are no ready-made variables in Notiqoo’s message template to pull the shipping provider and tracking number from AST.

    The best way forward is to ask the Notiqoo plugin developer to add support for AST’s tracking data. To make that easy, here is our developer documentation showing how to get the tracking information (tracking number and shipping provider) from an order:

    Your developer (or the Notiqoo team) can use these functions to fetch the tracking details and add them as variables in the WhatsApp notification template.
