Deactivate & delete plugin

    The plugin is not what I require, but, having installed and activated it, it is not appearing on my plugins page. It is definitely installed and showing in Admin navigation bar, but nowhere to be seen on plugins page.

    I know I can simply delete the folder in FTP, but that will leave all the items in the database still.

    How do I delete the plugin?
