Since it’s been 5 days since I installed MailPoet and still still seeing error of being unable to send confirmation email, your chat bot suggested the best path forward is to get the MailPoet team to look at my specific account.
The Contact support link did not provide a support email (which is strange) so I cant submit a request as asked. Hence coming here. I was asked it would help to mention:
- My account email: info@oludareakinbo.com
- That your key status shows
valid_underprivileged - That I installed on June 28, 2026 and haven’t been able to send yet
The team can check my account approval status and get me sending as quickly as possible.
