Hi @nikademo,
Thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help with this.
By any chance, are you using The Events Calendar Pro or importing recurring events? If so, it’s possible the issue is related to the recurring events being included in the migration.
It’s also possible that the issue is related to the number of events being migrated.
Could you let me know approximately how many events you’re trying to migrate? That information will help me narrow down the possible cause of the issue.
I look forward to your reply.
Same issue here, even with a brand new installation.

@d0153 it migrated successfully more or less 200 events, all without tickets. All the events were drafts.
The issue started happening AFTER the migration, probably due to a cron task (as it was all ok rigth after the migration)

Hi @nikademo,
Thanks for your response.
If you haven’t already, could you try performing a plugin conflict test?
- Deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One.
- Activate only our plugins and check whether the issue still occurs.
- If the issue is resolved, reactivate your other plugins and theme one at a time, testing after each activation to identify which one is causing the conflict.
If the issue still persists after the conflict test, could you please provide the versions of the following? This will help me better understand your current setup:
- The Events Calendar
- The Events Calendar Pro (if installed)
- Event Tickets
- Event Tickets Plus (if installed)
- Your active theme
As always, please do the tests on a staging version of your live site first.
I look forward to your reply.
